- The school was established as the first Armenian Day school in the United States in 1964.
- The school is located on two campuses in the San Fernando Valley.
- Cabayan Elementary School is located on the North Hills campus,
- Ferrahian High School is on the original site in Encino.
- Cabayan Elementary School shares the North Hills campus with A.R.S. Pilavjian Preschool.
